Deep cleaning consists of wiping/dusting of all surfaces including tables, chairs, shelving, etc. countertops, all cabinet faces, light fixtures, ceiling fans, tubs/showers, mirrors, sinks and faucets, doors and baseboards, appliances inside and out (excluding inside dishwasher) dust all cobwebs, mopping all flooring, scrubbing of tile, vacuuming of all carpet. Unfinished/mechanical rooms are not included but can be added.

Move out cleaning consists of scrubbing of all surfaces in home and dusting walls top to bottom. Items to be scrubbed are; shelving, countertops, cabinets inside and out, all major kitchen appliances to be cleaned inside and out (excluding inside dishwasher), all doors and baseboards, all light fixtures, ceiling fans, tubs/showers, mirrors, sinks and faucets all scrubbed, interior windows. Also included is dusting for cobwebs, mopping all flooring and vacuuming all carpet.

Residential cleaning can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly. These cleanings consists of dusting of all surfaces including tables, chairs, shelving, etc. countertops scrubbed, spot cleaning of cabinets, light fixtures dusted, ceiling fans, tubs/showers, mirrors, sinks and faucets scrubbed, dust for cobwebs, mopping and vacuumingall flooring,

Detailed cleaning of all surfaces in home, all surfaces to be shop vacced and then scrubbed. This will include window washing interior and exterior, all baseboards, doors, cabinets inside and out, countertops, light-fixtures, tubs/showers, toilets, and flooring etc. To be cleaned.

We are a certified firm with the EPA, licensed to preform work on sites were lead paint is to be disturbed/removed. Cleaning the remaining lead dust particles after abatement in order to pass lead inspections.
